Smart enough to say "I don't know"
Nearest usable observation is 31 km away and 52 minutes old. SmartSurf cannot reliably verify this forecast.
Most apps show you a number with no error bars. SmartSurf will tell you when it doesn't have the evidence to back one up — that's the difference between a forecast and an agent you can trust.
A typical alert says "conditions should arrive at 13:20" and goes quiet. SmartSurf keeps checking whether that forecast is still coming true — and revises its advice the moment reality disagrees.
That's the loop most forecast tools stop short of: forecast → expectation → observation → verification → revised decision → notification. Underneath it, Senlay is what makes the verification step possible — it's what lets SmartSurf keep checking, not just wait.
