Is the deposit / early-bird price refundable?
Yes, in full, any time before your Tracker enters production or your Board goes into shaping. Email us with your reservation ID.
What's the difference between the Tracker and the Board?
The Tracker is a standalone unit you move between gear — assign it Board role or Rider role. The Board has a Tracker sealed permanently into the deck at the factory, paired for board-separation context automatically.
Does the Tracker work without a phone nearby?
Yes — it reports over its own cellular connection (a 1NCE lifetime SIM built in), independent of any paired phone.
When does my unit ship?
Hardware ships in small batches as production runs complete; boards ship after shaping. We email every reservation holder with a firm window before charging the remaining balance, if any.
